5 Important Factors in planning of any Presentation
Sir, Lodhi has assigned an assignment to the whole class. We need to write
five important factors in planning of any presentation such as
occasion, audience, purpose, thesis and material while keeping in mind the topic,
”The hazards of movie going”.
Occasion includes venue,
our class room has very comfortable seating plan, and there are separate rows
for boys & girls. Class room has projector and computer, high power lights
and large windows with curtains, very bright room. Students can control light
according to their wishes.
Month of January has begun
and it’s freezing out there, although is 1:00pm.Class had organized a birthday
party, everyone feels bit lazy.so, and I would prepare short presentation,
presenting important points earlier.
Class has very
peaceful and calm environment. Everyone is discussing with each other. Everyone
take assignment differently. People around me are very funny & jolly, there
can be a very strong positive or negative impression on others. If, I am
presenting in front of teachers, I should adopt polite behavior for my
presentation because occasion and your role have significance importance.
