Dear Sir,
I had ordered a new laptop (item #6542951) from your website on July 21. I received the order on July 29. Unfortunately, it has stopped working now; it seems that it was used laptop. The laptop had some problem with LCD, it become dull at once. It was revealed that battery cannot stand more than an hour. My order number is AF26168156.
To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my laptop, I have already went out and bought a new laptop from local store. So, sending another would result in me having two laptops.
